Inclusion Day - 24th September 2024
As part of National Inclusion Week, we aimed to raise awareness about how our wonderful town can enhance its accessibility. We created a safe space for open and compassionate discussions about accessibility and inclusion in and around Chesterfield, brainstorming ways to make it more user-friendly.
In collaboration with a number of national and local disability charities, the day saw decision makers spend time with people with different impairments and conditions to step into their shoes for just A Moment and truly understand the hurdles they face in Chesterfield.
